In no event shall JTGF, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JTGF, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

11. CRM Integration Requirement

To utilize the AI Assistant, you are required to sign up for our recommended Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at the Agency Pro level. The bot will not function without this CRM integration. There is a one-year commitment to the proprietary CRM software, which will be disclosed during the NDA phase of our relationship.

12. Google Suite Business Starter Requirement

To access our services, the main admin role in the account must have a Google Suite Business Starter User account. JTGF will provide the first Business Starter User account at no charge. Additional accounts can be added at the current rate of $6 per month, though this rate may vary if Google raises the price. No other admin or user roles have this requirement.

13. Free Custom AI Assistant Offer

Our offer includes the creation of a custom-built AI Assistant for your website at no cost. However, to utilize the AI Assistant, you must sign up for an account with our recommended CRM software. This comes with a commitment to use the CRM for a minimum of one year. Details about the CRM will be disclosed during the NDA phase of our relationship. The software costs $497 per month.

14. Onboarding Requirements

As a strategic partner, you are required to complete the onboarding stage within 30 days of signing up. This is mainly because of the resources needed to set you up. We handle all the heavy lifting, but we need your input. This will require minimal effort on your part, involving two online meetings with our staff and usually one set of action items, although there could be follow-up action items depending on the complexity of the bot.

15. Bot Completion and Billing

Unless the bot is extremely complex, we will have every bot completed within 30 days of the completion of your onboarding process. This allows for a total of 60 days, which we refer to as the free onboarding period. During this period, we won't charge you the normal $497 monthly rate.
